Danica Moore has been searching tirelessly for her 14-year-old daughter, Peyton Flett, who went missing on the night of June 14. Flett was last seen in Prince Albert around June 16 to 17 near John Diefenbaker School and at the intersection of Marquis Road and Central Avenue. She was dressed in a grey/red hoodie, blue Christmas-themed pajama pants, and had a black fanny pack. Described as Indigenous, Flett stands at around five-foot-four, weighs approximately 115 pounds, and has black/reddish hair with brown eyes.
Moore expressed her longing for Flett to come back home, reassuring her daughter that she is loved and not in trouble. She urged anyone with information about Flett’s whereabouts to reach out to the police directly, emphasizing the significance of even seemingly minor details in tracing Flett’s movements and aiding in the search efforts.
The major crimes unit is actively involved in investigating Flett’s disappearance due to her age and the circumstances surrounding the case. Insp. Lisa Simonson urged the public to provide any information they may have, emphasizing the specialized training and experience of the investigators in handling missing persons cases.
Moore fondly described Flett as a gentle soul who enjoys drawing and spending time with her siblings, expressing the family’s deep yearning for her return. She hopes Peyton will be home in time for her upcoming 15th birthday on August 19, envisioning a celebration filled with love, laughter, and togetherness.
