Notably, only a few nations among the signatories are deemed “free” by Freedom House, indicating significant limitations on political and civil liberties among the majority.
While Israel’s participation is confirmed, Benjamin Netanyahu’s absence underscores the legal risks he faces in Europe. Trump’s aspirations for prolonged leadership within this alliance hint at his desire for enduring power beyond his presidential term.
