Tesco has announced a special offer for Clubcard members in December, where they will earn double points for every £1 spent on gift cards. This promotion is valid throughout the month and is applicable to all third-party gift cards purchased at Tesco stores.
Customers can benefit from the two points per £1 spent on any gift card available at Tesco, not just limited to Tesco gift cards. The additional points will be automatically credited to their Clubcard account.
Ban Mahsoub, the Partnerships Director at Tesco Insurance and Money Services, expressed that this promotion allows shoppers to give loved ones gifts they will appreciate while also receiving rewards for themselves.
Tesco currently has approximately 24 million Clubcard members who earn points in various ways, such as receiving one point for every £1 spent on groceries, fuel, Tesco Mobile purchases, Tesco credit card transactions, and using a Tesco Clubcard Pay+ debit card. Accumulating 150 points entitles members to a £1.50 Clubcard voucher for use at Tesco.
