“New Approach Proposed in Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 Search”

Date:

Aircraft engineer Ismail Hamad has brought attention to a potential breakthrough in the investigation of the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370. As search efforts for the vanished Boeing 777, carrying 12 crew members and 227 passengers, resume over the Indian Ocean, Hamad suggests a new angle to consider.

The disappearance of the airliner in 2014, shortly after departing from Kuala Lumpur bound for Beijing, has remained a perplexing mystery. Despite continuous satellite signals indicating the plane was still airborne for some time after deviating from its planned route and eventually running out of fuel, the wreckage has eluded discovery.

With American marine robotics company Ocean Infinity gearing up for another search mission after previous unsuccessful attempts, Hamad proposes a fresh approach. He emphasizes the importance of factoring in the deviation of the plane’s magnetic compass to determine a more accurate search area, suggesting that the plane could have been deliberately landed in one of the numerous lakes or abandoned airstrips across the Philippine islands.

The Malaysian government, in collaboration with Ocean Infinity, has initiated a renewed search effort spanning 55 days, deploying advanced technologies for underwater exploration. Hamad highlights the significance of analyzing the aircraft’s compass deviation in conjunction with other factors like fuel consumption equations and satellite data to narrow down the search radius effectively.

Contrary to previous search strategies solely relying on Inmarsat satellite signals, Hamad asserts that a comprehensive analysis considering various technical aspects could lead to a breakthrough in locating the missing plane. By honing in on the deviation patterns and fundamental aviation principles, he believes the search area can be refined, potentially uncovering vital clues near the western Australian coast where debris may be detectable using existing technology.
