“Jeffrey Epstein’s Brother Claims Murder in Prison”

Date:

The brother of Jeffrey Epstein has raised doubts about the official explanation of his death. Mark Epstein, who identified his brother’s body after the incident, recently stated in an interview that forthcoming autopsy revelations would indicate that Jeffrey was murdered while in prison.

During a NewsNation interview, Mark, aged 71, asserted, “Jeffrey was murdered, and additional autopsy details to be released in February will support this claim.” He mentioned discrepancies between the injuries observed on Jeffrey’s body and the reported cause of death by hanging.

Following Jeffrey’s death, Mark enlisted the services of Dr. Michael Baden, a former NYC chief medical examiner, to review the autopsy conducted by city authorities. In 2019, Baden concluded that the evidence suggested homicide rather than suicide, contrary to official findings attributing Epstein’s death to suicide.

While a 2023 Department of Justice inspector general report highlighted systemic failures in prison oversight leading to Epstein’s death, it ultimately dismissed claims of external involvement. Nonetheless, suspicions persist that powerful figures may have orchestrated Epstein’s demise to protect themselves.

Mark emphasized in the NewsNation interview, “There are only three ways to die in prison: suicide, natural causes, or murder. And Jeff was murdered. I want answers about who was behind it and why.”

Ghislaine Maxwell, currently serving a sentence for involvement in Epstein’s illicit activities, also cast doubt on the suicide narrative. During an interview with deputy attorney general Todd Blanche, Maxwell expressed her disbelief in Epstein dying by suicide and suggested that prison circumstances could have led to foul play.

When questioned about potential motives for Epstein’s murder, Maxwell speculated on the dangers within the prison environment, highlighting the ease with which someone could arrange a hit on an inmate. She dismissed blackmail theories and proposed that if foul play were involved, it likely stemmed from internal conflicts rather than external factors.

Maxwell denied any direct knowledge or belief in the notion that Epstein was silenced through his death. She reasoned that if powerful individuals sought to eliminate Epstein, they could have done so outside of prison without the need for elaborate schemes.
