Apple has rolled out a crucial update for iPhone users experiencing wireless charging issues. A small number of users have been affected by a bug hindering wireless charging, forcing them to rely solely on MagSafe charging. The affected models include the iPhone 17 range, including the Pro and Pro Max variants, as well as the iPhone Air.
To resolve this issue, Apple advises affected users to update their devices to iOS 26.5.1. To do so, go to Settings, tap on General, and select Software Update. The update is quite substantial at 13.6GB, so ensure you are connected to Wi-Fi or have ample mobile data.
