Cat Deeley looks sensational in her latest holiday snaps as she enjoys a break from This Morning. The mum-of-two, 48, is soaking up the sun with her husband, Patrick Kielty, 54, and sons, Milo and James, while presenters Dermot O’Leary and Sian Welby stand in for her and Ben Shephard.
Seen out at sea on a paddle board with her eldest son, Milo, eight, the Brummie star looked effortlessly chic in an elegant black swimsuit as she made the most of her free time, wearing black sunglasses and her hair in a loose bun. Cat shared the rare family snaps on Instagram, which also included a photo of her husband, Patrick.
Telling her followers it was time for an “ice cream run”, Cat posted a snap of the Late Late Show host, sporting a bucket hat and shorts, strolling along the beach with the couple’s youngest son, James, five.
She also shared an adorable snap of her cuddling her two sons, who were wrapped up in towels, as they dried off from the sea.
While Cat and her family enjoy their time away, This Morning is being hosted by Dermot and Siân in a shake-up, which has left fans divided.
The switch-up was announced on Instagram over the weekend in a video posted on This Morning’s account. In the video, Siân said: “We’re back together on Monday, I love this!” “For a whole week,” Dermot explains, adding: “Looking forward to it”.
While some welcomed the change, saying Dermot and Siân had good chemistry, others accused the pair of being “boring” as one took to social media saying: “Bring back Cat and Ben. All is forgiven!”
Ben and Cat annoyed viewers in February after taking another break from the show – and enjoying another holiday. The pair had been away for half-term, but came back eager to share their extravagant activities.
Explaining they’d both taken their families skiing, the pair swapped stories of their apres-ski hijinks, however some viewers at home accused them of not reading the room as several took to social media accusing them of being ‘out of touch’.
One said: “Ben and Cat rubbing their luxurious holidays in the faces of the viewership who are generally over worked, underpaid, over taxed and unlikely to take such fabulous holidays! #ThisMorning.”
Meanwhile, another lamented: “@thismorning for god sake! People living in poverty and these banging on about skiing holidays! Just keep it professional @benshephard @catdeeley #thismorning.”
